CEO & Founder

Hilary-Morgan Watt is a creative strategist and storyteller, with a rich background in art, museums, and cultural institutions. Her storytelling has brought to life everything from the ancient world of T. rex to the urgent realities of climate change, immersive contemporary art, and headline-making campaigns. From launching digital products and rebranding institutions to unveiling cutting-edge VR experiences and crafting narratives around scientific discoveries, she creates work that captivates and connects. Whether orchestrating red-carpet galas with celebrities and politicians, curating influencer campaigns, conducting artist interviews, or documenting stories from the field, she thrives at the intersection of culture, innovation, and impact.

Pioneering digital engagement for the Smithsonian Institution, Hilary-Morgan spent over a decade innovating as the inaugural Social Media Creative Strategist for the Smithsonian Institution, Director of Digital Engagement at the Smithsonian Arts and Industries Building, Manager of Digital Engagement at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, and Social Media Manager at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History. With 19 years of experience in museums and galleries, she has led digital strategy workshops across the Smithsonian and lectured at the U.S. Department of State, Georgetown University, and George Mason University. Hilary-Morgan continues to teach as a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University in the graduate Museum Studies program.
